Please ensure you have the following documents ready before you start the application process. Please note that all documents should be in .jpeg or .pdf format with the maximum file size of 2mb.

• Applicant’s recent passport size photo (within last 3 months)

• Applicant’s birth certificate

• Applicant’s passport (including those pages with valid entry permit) (For applicants without Hong Kong birth certificate only)

• Both parents’/guardian’s HKID card/passport

• Applicant’s report(s) from the current and previous school(s)

• Upload a clear image of ATM Cash Transaction Slip / Online banking transaction record of HK$300  non-refundable and non-transferrable application fee. Please write the applicant's name on the slip.
